How long does production take after purchase?
Delivery time depends on the selected design. Each option includes an estimated turnaround time (logo, branding pack, illustration, etc.).
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes! Each project includes up to 3 free revisions. Any additional changes will be quoted separately.
If I didn’t request revisions and the project has already been delivered, can I still use the 3 included revisions?
No. Revisions are available during the design process. Once the project has been delivered, any further changes will require an additional fee.
If I’m outside the country, can I hire a design?
Of course! You can pay via PayPal. During checkout, select your country and PayPal will appear as a payment option in the next step.
How are the files delivered?
All designs are delivered digitally via email.
I’ve completed my purchase. What happens next?
Once your purchase is confirmed, I’ll get in touch via email or WhatsApp to send you a short questionnaire about your brand or business and start the creative process.
Important
If I don’t receive a response within 7 business days, the project will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
